All orders of $100 or more qualify for free standard shipping.

All standard shipping orders within the continental U.S. will be shipped within 2-5 business days. Outside the continental United States, orders will be shipped at a fixed cost of $25.

    ALL RETURNS AND EXCHANGES SHOULD BE SHIPPED VIA INSURED MAIL WITH DELIVERY CONFIRMATION TO:

    RETURN POLICY:

    • RUDIS prides itself in customer service. To have the best possible online experience, customers are provided with a 60-day return policy on unused merchandise. All that is required from the customer, is to send back the items in their original packing and in new/unwashed condition.
    • Returns available for items up to 60 days of the purchase date.
    • Products MUST be in the original delivery condition, with the original box, with packing slips and tags included.
    • Used items may only be returned if deemed defective and returned within 60 days of purchase date.
    • Unless otherwise instructed, only return to RUDIS (16960 Square Drive, Marysville, OH 43040).
    • We have no restocking fees, but we do ask that the customer assume costs for return shipping fees.
    • RUDIS will pay for the re-shipping costs on returns and exchanges.
    • Once your return is received and inspected (typically within 2 business days), your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card. This will reflect within 2-3 business days.
    • Depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days for the credit to post to your account.

     

    EXCHANGES:

  • The RUDIS customer service department will be happy to help you return or exchange incorrect, unwanted, or defective item(s) upon the return of your purchases, in their original condition.
  • In stock item(s) will be shipped back to you within 1 business days of receiving the exchange.
  • All exchanges MUST be in the original delivery condition, with the original box, with packing slips and tags included.
  • Once we have received the exchange item(s), RUDIS will take care of the cost of shipping the new item(s) using standard free ground shipping.
  • Your original payment method will either be charged or refunded if the exchange merchandise value is greater or less than original merchandise value.
  • No re-stocking fees will be applied.
  • Due to extremely high demand we cannot guarantee desired sizes and colors for exchanges.

    DEFECTIVE EQUIPMENT:

  • Wearable wrestling equipment that has been purchased from RUDIS will have a 30-day warranty (from purchase date) against defects. Any item that appears to be defective must be returned within 30 days of receipt showing date of purchase.
  • Returns may be made in person at the RUDIS headquarters in Marysville, OH or by mail.
  • If merchandise is defective, RUDIS reserves the right to repair, replace, or adjust in accordance to industry standards.
  • RUDIS will not repair/replace defective merchandise after the 30-day warranty has expired.
  • If a customer error was made while ordering, the customer will be responsible for return shipping.
  • Customer must determine satisfaction with size, fit, and style before using. It is recommended that all customers try on footwear with clean socks on a carpeted area to determine proper fit.
  • No custom singlets are warm-ups may be returned for any reason other than an error in printing or a defect as listed above. We strongly recommend that you refrain from using any fabric softener while washing your apparel, as it breaks down the chemicals in the printed designs.
  • The RUDIS policy does not apply to normal wear and tear that results from the use of our products.
  • Products are eligible for returns up to 60 days after the original purchase date.
