Returns & Exchanges
At RUDIS, we stand behind all of our products. If you have any questions or concerns about your RUDIS product, please contact us at either (937) 738-6900 or firstname.lastname@example.org and we will be happy to repair or exchange your product. Exchanges will be shipped out within 5 business days of product return. New, unwashed items may be exchanged or returned within 30 days.
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please return the item to 16960 Square Drive, Marysville Ohio, 43040. In your shipment, please include the original item and original packing slip. On the packing slip, you must make a note of the new item you would like in exchange, otherwise, the shipment of the exchanged item will be delayed.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we would be happy to offer you a full refund within 30 days of the original purchase*. Simply contact us at 937.738.6900 or email@example.com. If you request a refund, you will be notified within 5 business days of receipt that your refund has been processed. It can take up to an additional 3-5 days for the funds to post to your account depending upon your financial institution.
*RUDIS reserves the right to determine between defective product and normal wear-and-tear.
