Online orders will be processed within 24 hours from the time the order is placed. Processing time excludes weekends and holidays.

All orders of $100 or more qualify for free standard shipping.

All standard shipping orders within the continental U.S. will be shipped within 2-5 business days. Outside the continental United States, orders will be shipped at a fixed cost of $25.

  • Exchanges & Returns

    Returns & Exchanges

     

    At RUDIS, we stand behind all of our products. If you have any questions or concerns about your RUDIS product, please contact us at either (937) 738-6900 or orders@therudis.com and we will be happy to repair or exchange your product. Exchanges will be shipped out within 5 business days of product return. New, unwashed items may be exchanged or returned within 30 days.

     

    Exchanges

    If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please return the item to 16960 Square Drive, Marysville Ohio, 43040. In your shipment, please include the original item and original packing slip. On the packing slip, you must make a note of the new item you would like in exchange, otherwise, the shipment of the exchanged item will be delayed.

     

    Returns

    If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we would be happy to offer you a full refund within 30 days of the original purchase*. Simply contact us at 937.738.6900 or orders@therudis.com. If you request a refund, you will be notified within 5 business days of receipt that your refund has been processed. It can take up to an additional 3-5 days for the funds to post to your account depending upon your financial institution.

     

    *RUDIS reserves the right to determine between defective product and normal wear-and-tear.
