Matt Dernlan (Ep. 1-160) is a Division I National Championship-winning Coach and host of the RUDIS Wrestling Podcast with decades of experience in the sport of wrestling. Dernlan comes from a career built on Division I coaching posts at a number of universities across the country, as well as family roots grounded in Ohio wrestling, with a collective 10 state titles on the shelf.
Ben Askren (Ep. 1-114) is one of the most accomplished and recognizable figures in the sport of wrestling. Askren was a 2x Undefeated NCAA Champion at the University of Missouri and amassed 153 wins, 93 of which came by fall ranking 4th most in NCAA history. Following his collegiate wrestling career, Askren was a 2008 Olympic Team Member and pursued a successful career in MMA before his retirement in 2019.
Jason Bryant (Ep. 117-158) is an award-winning journalist, broadcaster, announcer and National Wrestling Hall of Fame (VA) inductee for Lifetime Service to Wrestling. A historian to the sport of wrestling, Jason brings poignant detail, statistics, and added context to conversations surrounding the sport as it unfolds, and as we reflect on past events and seasons.
