RUDIS prides itself in customer service. In order to have the best possible shopping experience, you are provided with 365-day FREE Returns on unused merchandise. All that is required from you, the customer, is to send back the items in its original packaging, and in new condition.
- FREE returns for unworn and unused items purchased from therudis.com for up to 365 days from purchase date.
- Items MUST be in the same condition received in with original packaging, including tags.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Used items may only be returned if deemed defective and returned within 30 days of purchase date.
- To return a gift, please provide the original order number and a refund will be issued in the form of a gift certificate.
How to Make a Return
- Complete the Return Form
- A RUDIS Team Member will email you an RMA # and FREE Return Label
- Place the item(s) in a secure box
- Write the RMA # provided clearly on the outside of the box
- Place the prepaid shipping label on the package
- Drop off your package to the carrier on the return label
Once your return is received and inspected (usually within 48 hours), your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. This will reflect within 2-3 business days.
- Depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.
- NOTE: Our standard return policy does not apply to Custom Team Gear orders and other bulk order circumstances. Please call 937.738.6900 to speak with a manager concerning special terms for these types of orders.
Processing & Shipping
Online orders will be processed within 24 hours from the time the order is placed. Processing time excludes weekends and holidays. Orders will only be processed same-day if placed by 8:00 am EST. All orders placed after 8:00 am EST will be processed the next business day.
Changes or cancellation of orders can only be made prior to 8:00 am EST business days after placing your order by replying to your order confirmation email. We cannot guarantee any change requests.
RUDIS fulfillment hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm EST. We ship all orders placed on therudis.com from Marysville, OH.
All standard shipping orders within the contiguous U.S. will be shipped within 2-5 business days. Outside the contiguous United States, orders will be shipped at a fixed cost of $25. RUDIS can not be held responsible for carrier delays. Free Shipping is only available to packages being shipped within the contiguous U.S.

We are no longer accepting exchanges for online purchases. If a different size or color is desired, simply follow our FREE Return process for a refund and place a new order for the item(s) you’d like
- RUDIS does not offer refunds, exchanges or store credit for items purchased through 3rd party retailers.
Damaged & Defective Item Claims
If you have received a damaged or defective item, please complete our Returns Form and select damaged or defective for the reason for return. You will be contacted by a RUDIS Team Member with further instructions.
- Damaged or Defective Items will not be accepted as a return without a RMA #.
- Wearable wrestling equipment that has been purchased from RUDIS will have a 30-day warranty (from purchase date) against defects. Any item that appears to be defective must be returned within 30 days with receipt showing date of purchase.
- If merchandise is defective, RUDIS reserves the right to repair, replace, or adjust in accordance with industry standards.
- Manufacturers will not repair/replace defective merchandise after a 30-day warranty has expired.
- Customers must determine satisfaction with size, fit, and style before using. It is recommended that all customers try on footwear with clean socks on a carpeted area to determine proper fit.
- No custom singlets or warm-ups may be returned for any reason other than on error in printing or a defect as listed above. We strongly recommend that you refrain from using any fabric softener while washing your apparel as it breaks down the chemicals in the printed designs.
